The eternally single Volendammer Piet Tol, also known as the Waffle, had made it! After a pleasant night out in the pub, he ended his night with Teunie, the daughter of the mayor of Marken! Not long after this night, she realised she was pregnant. The Waffle had to go to Marken again soon to visit his son. The moment he saw his son, he know it: his child had to grow up in Volendam instead of Marken!
